This site covers Bob Perkowitz’s spring (Sept & Oct) 2002, 3,800 mile bike ride across the continent. You might want to bookmark this page as a favorite.
The splash page (raaust.com, or perkowitz.com) gives you the options of going to this RAAUST site or the RAAM site (Bob’s 2001 Ride Across America) site. It also gives you options to:
• Register: This enables you to sign up for automatic email updates whenever they are posted to the site. It also enables you to enter comments in the Guestbook.
• Guestbook: This contains public comments from anyone who comes to the website and cares to express any thoughts to anyone who views the Guestbook. You must register to be able to enter comments.
• Contact Bob: A handy form to send an email to Bob, wherever he may be, provided it’s not camping in the middle of the outback.
The blue menu bar on the right gives you background information on the trip. The About this site explains and has links to everything. Itinerary lets you know where Bob is supposed to be on any given date along with some local sights. The Where’s Bob logo at the top of the blue bar always takes you back here to the home page. The “go” button beneath it takes you to the Register page. The blue menu bar on the right also contains the daily photo journals. To see and experience the raaust with Bob, click on these links.
